JOB SUMMARY: The Forklift Operator is responsible for handling inbound and outbound warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping materials. This role ensures accuracy, quality, and compliance with safety and operational standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities: Unload inbound shipments and verify product details including item, lot number, quantity, and condition Accurately store materials in designated warehouse locations and maintain proper records Pick customer orders ensuring correct items, lot numbers, and quantities Prepare and pack orders for shipment while ensuring product protection and accuracy Follow departmental SOPs and warehouse procedures Maintain compliance with quality standards and Environmental, Health, and Safety regulations Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment Basic computer skills Ability to follow SOPs and safety regulations Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good attendance and ability to work in a team environment Preferred Qualifications: Previous forklift experience (training provided) Education: High School
