We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator with shipping and receiving experience to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for the safe and efficient handling of materials, accurate order processing, and maintaining an organized warehouse. The ideal candidate is detail?oriented, safety?focused, and experienced in fast?paced logistics environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Load and unload inbound/outbound trucks, trailers, and containers.
  • Transport materials/products to designated areas within the warehouse.
  • Conduct daily forklift inspections and report maintenance needs.
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders or packing lists.
  • Process outbound shipments, including labeling, staging, and preparing required documentation.
  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders according to customer or production requirements.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through proper scanning, counting, and data entry.

Qualifications:
  • 1–3 years of forklift operation experience.
  • Shipping and receiving experience helpful.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse tasks.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory/warehouse systems helpful.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Bilingual.

Working hours are 8 to 5 Monday to Friday with overtime as needed.

$14/hr. to start could go up to $14.50/hr. with good experience.

Position is long term. Has potential to possibly go full time based on business needs.
