Forklift Operator - 3rd shift (11pm - 7am)
Pay Range: $20.21-$22.51 per hour

Position Overview
As a Forklift Operator, to support daily production operations, this role requires operating an electrically powered, seated forklift to move raw materials-including vegetables, corrugated crates, and roll stock-to the appropriate production areas. Many operators in this position will work within one of our two dumpster rooms.
You will play a key role in ensuring all materials are supplied on time to meet the daily production schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate an electrically powered, seated-style forklift in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
- Supply raw product, corrugated packaging, roll storage, and other materials required to complete daily production.
- Use an RF scanner to track inventory movement and maintain accurate material records.
- Support the production team by ensuring timely and efficient material flow.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area while following all company safety procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Perform tasks independently with minimal supervision.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience operating a forklift in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- Ability to operate an RF scanner.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
