Forklift / Builder Tasks & Duties

• Operate production equipment (saws, CNC routers, door presses, shapers, sanders, edge banders, welders, roll-formers)

• Read and follow work orders, cut lists, shop drawings, and production schedules

• Measure, cut, drill, route, shape, and assemble door components to specification

• Prep door surfaces (sanding, filling, sealing) and apply finishes (paint/stain/powder coat/laminate) as required

• Perform quality checks: dimensions, squareness, thickness, fit/finish, hardware alignment, and cosmetic standards

• Complete basic production documentation (checklists, counts, scrap/rework tracking)

Forklift / Builder Shift Info

• Monday - Thursday 07:00 Am to 03:30 Pm

• Friday 07:00 Am to 11:00 Am

Forklift / Builder Qualifications (Requirements/Skills)

• Forklift / Builder experience preferred

• Able to work in the US

• Ability to read a tape measure accurately (to 1/16") and use basic measuring/layout tools

• Basic math skills for dimensions, fractions, tolerances, and material counts

• Ability to follow written work instructions and quality standards

• Physical ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift/carry doors/materials

• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing a high-quality finished product

• Reliable attendance and ability to work production schedules

• Ability to bore doors and ensure hinges are lined up correctly

• Familiarity with door fabrication processes

• Valid Driver's License 

• Must be able to lift 50 Pounds
