Shift: 2nd, Monday-Friday 3:00pm-11:30pm with opportunity for OT
Essential Duties:
+ Train new hires and existing associates on Reach Rider (RR) forklift operation, replenishment, putaway, and order picking processes
+ Train associates on warehouse systems, including voice pick, RF equipment, and WMS functions
+ Safely replenishes forward pick bin locations in the warehouse
+ Partner with supervisors, leads, and managers to ensure associates are properly trained and certified
+ Using voice pick and/or RF equipment for picking, processing, and put-away functions, as required
+ Operating Jungheinrich material handling equipment, specifically the Stand-Up Rider Reach Forklift in a safe and efficient manner following the prescribed work methods.
+ 2 Years of relevant work experience in a warehouse setting is preferred
+ High School diploma or GED preferred
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety, required
+ Ability to operate a Rider Counter Balance Forklift (RC) or Rider Reach Forklift (RR), or willingness to learn, preferred
+ Ability and/or knowledge of various processing functions or willingness to learn, required
+ Willingness to work in a non-temperature-controlled area, both hot and cold, as trailers are at outside temperature when pulled in for loading or unloading, required
+ Familiarity with voice picking and/or radio frequency equipment is beneficial, preferred
+ Ability to maintain a high level of frequency and intensity in other physical activities, including but not limited to reaching, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching is required
+ Ability to lift 30 lbs consistently up to 50 lbs occasionally, required
