Job Title: Forklift Battery Technician / Lead Technician
Location: McDonough
Pay Rate: $16 - $18 / hour based on experience
We are currently working with a growing company who is looking for Battery Technician to support a fleet of fork lifts in a Distribution Center. This is a great role for you to work at a safe and fast paced environment.
ABOUT THE JOB AS THE Battery Technician :
- Safely changing batteries in forklift quickly and safely
- Provide standard maintenance of batteries including water, recharging and other related duties
- 1st shift with flexibility
- High traffic forklift facility, Safety should be a primary concern
- Meet production and quality quota
REQUIREMENTS OF THE Battery Technician:
- Experience driving a forklift is preferred but not necessary
- Must be me mechanically inclined
- Candidates must be self directed
- Ability to read, comprehend and follow production procedures
- Must be reliable and come to work for scheduled hours
