What You'll Do
- Create and deliver welcoming café and food service experiences for patients, visitors, and hospital staff each day
- Ensure high‑quality food service execution across assigned retail and/or non‑retail operations
- Lead, mentor, develop, and retain a tenured frontline staff of 35
- Direct daily operations focused on food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
- Oversee multiple retail food operations that may include branded concepts, ensuring teams have the tools, equipment, and resources needed to succeed
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, regulatory, safety, and sanitation requirements
- Support operational goals by managing labor, inventory, and supplies efficiently

What You Bring
- 1-2 years experience in food service or restaurant management, preferably in healthcare
- Demonstrated ability tolead and engage frontline teams
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to balance operational priorities
- Experience with cash handling, inventory/purchasing management, and food safety standards
- Comfortable working in afast‑paced, patient‑focused setting
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, customers, and team members
