Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Product Development and Sensory Technician to join our team, responsible for executing comprehensive product evaluations and supporting the Sensory Manager with preparation and cleanup of sensory evaluations. The ideal candidate will effectively manage and inventory product samples, confirm technical documentation, and document evaluation feedback for project stakeholders. This full-time role requires onsite work at our Dublin, CA, location with a focus on maximizing quality and efficiency in our product development processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procure and manage all samples required for product evaluations, ensuring timely availability.
• Coordinate and execute product evaluations, preparing food samples and documenting feedback.
• Follow up on product specifications and documentation with suppliers as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the test kitchen area, disposing of used samples appropriately.
• Support multiple projects, updating trackers and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Must-have Skills:

• Proficiency in food science and culinary skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and ability to work in a team environment.

Industry Experience:
Previous experience in the food industry or a similar role involving product development and sensory evaluation is preferred.
