Role Overview
Sodexo is seeking a talented Operations Manager 3 to oversee food service operations at Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas, NV. This leader will play a key role in supporting high‑volume healthcare dining while elevating the culinary experience across patient meals, retail outlets, and onsite catering. - Lead day‑to‑day Food & Nutrition Services operations, ensuring high‑quality food production, safety compliance, and exceptional service for patient dining, retail, and catering.
- Provide culinary leadership, supporting menu execution, quality standards, and creative solutions for both daily service and special events.
- Oversee catering services for internal hospital events, executive meetings, and physician functions—managing logistics, presentation, and client satisfaction.
- Drive operational performance by managing food costs, labor planning, inventory, and workflow efficiency to meet Sodexo and client expectations.

What You Bring
- A solid culinary foundation, with experience in professional kitchens and an understanding of large‑scale food production.
- Proven catering experience, including planning, execution, and service for events of varying sizes and complexity.
- Strong leadership and team development skills, with the ability to motivate and support frontline staff in a high‑volume environment.
- Operational expertise, including knowledge of food safety, cost control, inventory, scheduling, and service standards aligned with Sodexo’s values.

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 3 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
