Food Hall Head Chef –  Halidom Eatery

The Head Chef will lead and support our multi-concept food hall. This role focuses on menu development, kitchen leadership, cost control, and maintaining high culinary standards. This is a great opportunity to showcase your culinary abilities and help grow a unique Atlanta food hall concept.

Halidom Eatery is Atlanta’s most unique food hall, featuring 10 eclectic local food vendors, a private event space, the beautiful Bar La Rose, and the soon to come Pink Bird bar. The eatery features regular weekly specials and events open to all members of the community.

Compensation:

$65,000.00 - 70,000.00 USD annually 

Benefits options include: Medical, Dental, Vision, EAP, and 401K, Paid Time Off (12 days/yr), four Paid Holidays

• Build menus, recipes, and new culinary concepts
• Oversee kitchen staffing, scheduling, and training
• Manage inventory and food cost control
• Maintain high standards for quality, cleanliness, and food safety
• Develop and mentor kitchen teams
• Work closely with the Senior GM and Halidom leadership team

• Strong culinary background with menu development experience
• Experience leading kitchen teams in a high-volume environment
• Knowledge of food cost, inventory, and kitchen operations
• Organized, creative, and team-focused
