Food and Beverage Supervisor
Salary: $55,000–$65,000 annually + Bonus
A private membership organization is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead daily dining, bar, and event service operations. This role focuses on exceptional hospitality, team leadership, and smooth, efficient service delivery. This role will be onsite in Gallatin, TN.
Responsibilities of the Food and Beverage Supervisor
- Oversee restaurant, bar, and event service operations
- Maintain high service standards and resolve guest concerns
- Recruit, train, and develop front‑of‑house staff
- Create schedules, manage payroll accuracy, and control labor costs
- Support budgeting, cost controls, and financial performance
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food‑handling regulations
- Collaborate with culinary and events teams for seamless service execution
Qualifications of the Food and Beverage Supervisor
- 4+ years of management experience
- Strong scheduling, payroll, and labor management skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Experience with POS, scheduling, and payroll systems
- Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
- Background in private clubs, resorts, or upscale hospitality
