Food & Beverage Manager

Are you a hands-on hospitality leader who knows how to drive results and build strong teams? We’re hiring a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee restaurant, kitchen, and banquet operations in a fast-paced hotel environment.

What You’ll Do:
- Manage daily restaurant, bar, and banquet operations (events up to 500 guests)
- Lead, coach, and schedule F&B team members
- Control food, beverage, and labor costs
- Ensure outstanding guest service and cleanliness standards
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and compliance with health regulations
- Partner with culinary leadership on menus and promotions
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of F&B management experience
- Strong leadership and financial skills
- Experience with banquets or high-volume service preferred
- Required food service permits & alcohol awareness certification
- A hands-on leader who thrives in a collaborative environment
