What You'll Do
- Oversee all front-of-house operations during your shifts, ensuring smooth service flow and attention to detail
- Lead, mentor, and inspire your service team to deliver genuine hospitality and exceed guest expectations
- Manage reservations, seating, and pacing to create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest
- Handle guest concerns with grace and problem-solving skills, turning moments into opportunities to build loyalty
- Collaborate with the kitchen and back-of-house teams to maintain service standards
- Train new team members on our service philosophy and operational procedures
- Monitor inventory, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety standards
