**Up to 10% year end discretionary bonus

*** $2,000 Sign-On Bonus paid after 90 days of employment ***

Requirements:

• 2+ years restaurant management experience
• Knowledge Beverage/Bar
• Experience working in a hands-on, fast paced, high volume environment
• Ability to mentor and train team members
• Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve conflict and provide direction
• Bi-lingual is a plus
• Experience in casual or upscale dining
