Foam Fabrication Technician

Position: Foam Operator
Location: Massillon, OH
Shift: 3:30 PM – Midnight
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Pay Rate: $16.75/hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Foam Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role involves fabricating case interiors, die-cutting foam, gluing and assembling layers, and installing foam into cases according to specifications. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet production deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Fabricate SWF case interiors per assembly drawings and production order forms
• Die-cut, assemble, and glue foam layers
• Install/glue foam into cases and SCWF cases
• Perform lid-flap operations as specified
• Maintain organized job files and drawings
• Ensure high product quality and on-time delivery

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and production order forms
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Prolonged periods of standing
• Manual dexterity for working with tools and foam materials

Work Environment:

• Manufacturing floor setting
• Exposure to machinery noise and foam-related materials
