We are currently seeking a Flooring Estimator / Installation Specialist to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for materials and labor across a variety of flooring projects.
- Maintain well-organized job files, including project documentation, schedules, and communication records.
- Request pricing from vendors and negotiate material costs to support competitive project budgets.
- Enter, track, and manage orders within the RFMS computer system to ensure accuracy and prevent project delays.
- Collaborate closely with sales, project managers, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for estimating, budgeting, and tracking.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and a willingness to support others.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
Position Details
- Type: Full-Time
- Compensation: $60K-$80K per year
