Floor Manager

High-volume, waterfront Montauk restaurant entering its 17th season is hiring a Floor Manager for the 2026 season. Looking for a hands-on leader who excels at guest service, team support, and smooth service execution.

• Manage floor operations during service
  

• Assign sections and oversee service flow
  

• Support FOH staff and handle guest recovery
  

• Hire, train, and coach service team members
  

• Ensure compliance with safety and cash-handling standards
  

• Assist with scheduling, opening, and closing duties
  

• 3+ years hospitality experience; management preferred
  

• Strong leadership and communication skills
  

• Comfortable in high-volume service environments
  

• Guest-focused and highly organized
  

• Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  

• Established Montauk destination restaurant
