Float Pool ICU Registered Nurse – Nights

Full-Time | Permanent | Night Shifts | Rotating Weekends

Compensation:

• Hourly Rate: $43/hour flat

• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $25,000 (Nights Only; case-by-case)

• Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case

• Shift Differentials:

  • Nights: +$3/hour

  • Weekends: +$2/hour

Position Overview:
Join a top-performing hospital in Tallahassee, FL, as a Float Pool ICU RN. You’ll provide high-quality care to diverse patient populations while supporting the team in various departments. This is a night shift role with rotating weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and implement individualized care plans

• Deliver patient-focused, evidence-based critical care

• Float across ICU units, adapting to various workflows and team dynamics

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure excellent outcomes

• Serve as a patient advocate, maintaining privacy, dignity, and confidentiality

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in Florida (Compact licenses accepted; FL license must be obtained)

• Minimum of 2 years recent ICU experience in an acute care setting (within the past 1–2 years)

• BLS certification required

• ACLS certification preferred (required within 6 months of hire)

• BSN preferred
