Our client, a leader in innovative transportation solutions, is seeking a Fleet Support Engineer to join their team. As a Fleet Support Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting the Fleet Operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $60-64/h + Benefits
What's the Job?
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for real-time escalations regarding powertrain and vehicle dynamics issues.
- Conduct in-depth root cause analysis to implement both interim and permanent corrective actions.
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to powertrain performance, energy consumption, and charging.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive troubleshooting guides for powertrain components to empower field technicians and drive knowledge sharing.
- Validate and perform component and vehicle bring-up/functional verification procedures, with a focus on powertrain systems.
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in transportation, aerospace, or autonomous vehicles, with a focus on powertrain, energy storage, or charging systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Automotive Engineering.
- Ability to safely troubleshoot low voltage and high voltage systems.
- Hands-on experience with powertrain systems, including electric motors, inverters, and battery management systems.
- Deep understanding of electric vehicle (EV) technology and powertrain control strategies.
