zTrip is the largest taxi transportation company in North America, operating in 38 cities. We provide safe and reliable transportation and are looking for a Fleet Operations Manager to support daily operations in Norfolk, VA.

About the Role

The Fleet Operations Manager works closely with the Vice President of Operations to oversee daily fleet activities, improve efficiency, and ensure compliance with transportation regulations.

Key Responsibilities of a Fleet Operations Manager:

• Support the VP of Operations with daily transportation operations
• Manage fleet operations, including maintenance, dispatch, and scheduling
• Ensure vehicles and drivers meet all regulatory requirements
• Coordinate vehicle repairs and maintenance priorities
• Track fleet inventory, audits, and vehicle lifecycle (onboarding and retirement)
• Monitor performance data and identify improvement opportunities
• Lead and support operational staff
• Resolve operational and customer issues professionally

Qualifications of a Fleet Operations Manager:

• Experience in fleet or transportation operations
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to analyze data and solve problems
• Knowledge of transportation compliance and regulations
• Comfortable using transportation or fleet management systems
• Valid Texas Driver’s License
