10-4 Logistics USA seeks full-time W2 Class A CDL flatbed drivers based out of Lansing, MI to haul freight across all 48 states. These positions are best suited for experienced flatbed drivers who prefer regional and over-the-road (OTR) schedules with consistent weekly home time.

Typical duties
- Safely operate a Class A tractor‑trailer in compliance with DOT and company regulations.
- Perform flatbed load securement and freight protection, including tarping and use of straps, chains, and binders (approximately 40–50% of loads require tarping).
- Handle shipments of steel and steel pipe, applying required securement practices and appropriate care during transit.
- Haul regional and OTR flatbed freight with typical runs up to 2,000–2,500 miles.
- Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs; conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and promptly report maintenance needs.
- Manage schedules to meet pickup and delivery commitments and maintain on‑time performance.
- Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch, customers, and team members.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL.
- Minimum 1 year OTR driving experience and at least 6 months flatbed experience.
- Experience hauling steel and steel pipe is required.
- Demonstrated skill with straps, tarps, chains, and binders for securement.
- Clean driving record (MVR) and ability to comply with DOT regulations and company policies.
- Professional communication skills.
