Fixed Dental Lab Manager (Implants & Ceramics)

We are seeking a highly skilled and leadership-oriented Fixed Dental Lab Manager to oversee our restorative department, with a primary focus on high-end implant cases, crowns, and bridges.

The ideal candidate is a master technician who balances technical excellence with the ability to lead a team, optimize digital workflows, and maintain rigorous quality standards. You will be the bridge between clinical expectations and laboratory execution, ensuring every restoration meets the highest standards of fit, function, and esthetics.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Leadership: Oversee the daily operations of the fixed restorative department, ensuring all cases (implants, crowns, bridges, veneers) are completed on time and to specification.

• Quality Control: Perform final inspections on all restorative work, ensuring superior margins, occlusion, and esthetics before they leave the lab.

• Technical Mentorship: Train and mentor junior technicians in advanced ceramic layering, contouring, and CAD/CAM techniques.

• Workflow Optimization: Manage and refine the digital workflow, including 3D printing, milling, and digital design (Exocad/3Shape).

• Clinical Consultation: Act as the primary point of contact for doctors regarding complex case planning, material selection, and troubleshooting difficult implant restorations.

• Inventory & Overhead: Monitor department supplies, maintain equipment, and manage labor costs to ensure departmental profitability.
