Salary Range: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a positive and friendly attitude.

Answer and direct phone calls efficiently and professionally.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.

Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars.

Assisting with planning, coordinating, and executing our client events.

Provide support to the Zinnia Wealth Management team as needed.

Be a point of contact for client inquiries, directing them to the appropriate team member.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous experience in a customer-facing role is strongly preferred.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

A warm, welcoming demeanor and a genuine desire to help others.

Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
