As a Firmware Engineering Manager, a typical day might include the following:
* Leading firmware development efforts, ensuring high-quality design and implementation across projects
* Assisting with portfolio planning and contributing to long-term technology strategy for embedded systems
* Managing activities to attract, hire, supervise, and develop firmware engineers to achieve team and organizational goals
* Representing the team at external meetings and presenting technical updates at large internal forums
* Modeling and teaching company values and principles to promote world-class engineering practices

Pay Range Data
$136,100 - $201,100. Our pay ranges are determined by job and responsibility. We base our starting pay offer job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
