Position Summary:
An established, employee-owned company is seeking a Fire Sprinkler Service Technician to join its growing team. This role is responsible for the inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair of water-based fire sprinkler systems, ensuring compliance with NFPA 25 and applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform inspections, testing, and maintenance of fire sprinkler/suppression systems (wet, dry, pre-action, deluge, and fire pumps)
• Conduct 5-year inspections in accordance with NFPA 25 standards
• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace system components including valves, switches, and controllers
• Complete detailed and accurate inspection reports in compliance with NFPA 25 and Title 19
• Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment to test and service systems
• Maintain accountability for tools, parts, and materials required for assignments
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation and respond to emergency service needs as required
• Ensure safe operation and maintenance of assigned company vehicle
• Follow all safety standards, environmental guidelines, and best practices
• Work both independently and collaboratively with team members

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Fire Sprinkler Fitter Card (required)
• 2–3+ years of experience servicing fire sprinkler systems
• Strong knowledge of 5-year inspections and water-based systems
• Familiarity with fire and building codes (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to travel occasionally, including overnight stays
