Senior Mechanical Engineer (MEP) – Tampa, FL (Relocation Available)

Join a growing Tampa-based MEP consulting firm specializing in complex healthcare facility design. This team supports major hospital systems and works on high-impact projects like ICU upgrades, MRI additions, cath labs, and sterile processing/pharmacy renovations — this is advanced hospital work, not standard commercial.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection design

• Work daily in Revit on large-scale healthcare projects

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to project delivery from day one

Must Have:

• PE License (transferable accepted)

• Strong Revit experience (daily use)

• MEP consulting background

• Experience across HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection

Profile We’re Targeting:

• ~8–15 years experience (flex: 6–18, cap at 20)

• Proven leadership or mentoring experience

• Able to step in and contribute immediately

Nice to Have:

• Healthcare/hospital project experience (preferred, not required)
