Job Description
HireCall is hiring for a valued Tulsa client and we’re looking for a skilled, hands-on technician who takes pride in building machines the right way.
As a Fintube Mechanical Assembly Technician, you’ll assemble heavy-duty industrial equipment that is shipped worldwide to produce high-quality finned tube used in heat exchangers. This role combines precision mechanical assembly with hands-on problem-solving in a team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do
- Assemble and fasten machine components such as bearings, gearboxes, drives, and guards
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly drawings
- Install and connect hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems
- Align and inspect rotating equipment to ensure smooth operation
- Test and run machines to confirm safety, quality, and readiness for shipment
- Troubleshoot and correct mechanical or assembly issues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Occasionally assist with equipment installs or upgrades at customer sites
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience assembling industrial equipment or heavy machinery
- Strong mechanical aptitude and blueprint reading skills
- Experience using precision measuring tools (micrometers, dial indicators, etc.)
- Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical systems
- Familiarity with safe lifting, rigging, and handling of large components
- Bonus (not required): Experience with finning machines, welding processes, or PLC-controlled equipment

Physical Requirements
- Approximately 95% of the work shift involves standing, bending, squatting, climbing, inspecting machines, and monitoring processes
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and position materials and parts up to 50 pounds
- Lifting devices are used when possible, though some tasks require manual handling due to confined spaces
