About the Fintech Specialist Role

We’re seeking Fintech Specialists to join our talent network and be matched with fintech-focused roles across payments, digital banking, lending, crypto, embedded finance, and financial infrastructure.

This role is ideal for professionals who sit at the intersection of finance, technology, and product, and want exposure to innovative, high-growth fintech initiatives.

Roles may be with:

• Fintech startups

• Financial institutions undergoing digital transformation

What You’ll Do

• Support the development, launch, or optimization of fintech products and platforms

• Analyze financial systems, workflows, and data to identify opportunities for improvement

• Collaborate with product, engineering, compliance, and business teams

• Translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable solutions

• Evaluate fintech tools, APIs, and vendors

• Support go-to-market initiatives, partnerships, or client implementations

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 2–6+ years of experience in fintech, financial services, consulting, product, or strategy roles

• Strong understanding of areas such as:

  • Payments, lending, digital banking, or financial infrastructure

  • APIs, data flows, and fintech platforms

• Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Startup or high-growth environment experience is a plus
