Job Title: Finishing Technician – 1st Shift
Location: Burlington, MA
Schedule: 1st shift Tuesday thru Saturday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Compensation: $25.00+/hour (Based on experience & qualifications)

Position Summary

As a Finishing Technician on our 1st Shift, you’ll play a hands-on role in preparing precision ceramic parts for aerospace applications. You will ensure components meet strict visual and dimensional quality standards by performing detailed finishing and inspection work.




Key Responsibilities

  • Finish and repair ceramic parts using precision tools and techniques

  • Perform visual and dimensional inspections using microscopes and calibrated instruments

  • Follow detailed work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards

  • Record production data in internal systems (e.g., Oracle, Excel)

  • Work closely with Engineering and Quality teams to resolve issues and improve processes

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in line with 6S and EHS protocols




Qualifications

  • Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) due to ITAR regulations

  • No experience required; manufacturing or lab experience is a plus

  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity for fine, repetitive hand work

  • Comfortable working with microscopes and handling small parts

  • Able to sit or stand for extended periods and follow procedures accurately

  • Basic math and computer skills (Microsoft Office; production tracking systems)
