Job Description:
Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain expense, revenue, and margin forecasts and budgets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Variance analysis of forecast vs. actual expense, revenue, and margin.
Prepare annual budget in accordance with parent company schedule.
Track headcount activity
Oversee monthly cost center activity within SAP, ensuring ledger accuracy, completing required month-end processes and escalating issues when necessary
Partner with purchasing to ensure proper coding of purchase requisitions and POs for cost center and account numbers.
Support cost center managers to review and interpret monthly financial performance.
Prepare monthly commission calculations and related reporting
Provide cost insight into management and finance.
Preparation of month-end reporting packages.
Ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
4-5+ years of experience in either financial analysis or cost accounting
Proficiency in SAP FI/CO
Experience with SAP S/4HANA a plus
Expert MS Excel skills
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and their integration with sales processes.
