Financial Systems Analyst

- Financial Systems Analyst will maintain and support financial system configurations, master data, and access controls
- Coordinate system changes, testing, and validations with finance and cross-functional partners
- Support month-end close activities, including scheduling, journal processing, data validation, and financial reporting
- Prepare, maintain, and distribute internal financial and management reports
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and tools supporting accounting and finance processes
- As a Financial Systems Analyst, you will partner with technology teams to support system enhancements, integrations, and automation initiatives
- Maintain process documentation and support internal control requirements
- Serve as a resource to finance teams by assisting with system usage, training, and best practices
- Support ad hoc projects, analysis, and reporting as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience supporting or implementing financial systems in a corporate or consulting environment
- Working knowledge of accounting principles and financial close processes
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and standard business software tools
- Ability to work independently, adapt to change, and communicate effectively across teams
- Experience with ERP systems, reporting, data visualization, or automation tools is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
