Collegiate-level athletic or coaching experience is preferred.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Financial Advisor, you'll work directly with clients to assess their financial needs, recommend appropriate products and strategies, and help them build long-term financial security. Your responsibilities include:
Conducting financial needs assessments with prospective clients
Developing customized financial strategies based on client goals and risk tolerance
Presenting insurance products, investment solutions, and retirement planning options
Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
Attending industry training and professional development to stay current on products and regulations
Utilizing CRM systems to manage client data, appointments, and follow-ups
Participating in weekly team meetings and training sessions

We cover the cost for all required licenses. We welcome applicants who are not yet licensed.
First-year compensation ranges from $68,000 to $112,000.
