JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

• Responsible over the preparation of consolidated financial statements, footnotes, supporting memos and other documentation.

• Ensure timely and accurate reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and SOX compliance.

• Manage relationships with external auditors, providing support for annual audits.

• Support the corporate accounting team on areas such as journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement reviews.

• Participate in key accounting areas including intercompany transactions, allocations, and ownership reporting.

• Coordinate with cross-functional partners including Finance, AP, IT, Treasury, International, and others to support accurate reporting and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High-growth industry and public accounting experience.

• Bachelor s degree in finance, accounting, business or similar fields.

• Strong awareness of U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and SOX compliance.

• Familiarity with SAP or other similar ERP tools and related applications (Blackline, Workiva)

• Ability to analyze complex accounting issues and prepare technical memos

• Experience with preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and corporate accounting

• Demonstrated ability to work on complex, cross-functional projects in a global corporate environment

• Continual improvement mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
