Financial Controller

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reporting packages for Executive leadership
• Overseeing accounts payable and receivable, cash flow statements, and following up on billing issues
• Perform cost accounting duties and inventory reconciliations
• General ledger management including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
• Managing the month-end close processes including accruals and bank recs
• Assist in the annual budget, forecasting, and financial analytics

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in corporate accounting with 3+ years of leadership/supervisory experience
• Experience working in the manufacturing or construction industry strongly preferred; relevant costing expertise
• Intermediate to advanced experience in MS Excel
• Excellent communicative and organizational skills
