- Provide day-to-day accounting and finance support during Oracle Fusion ERP implementation
- Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
- Support General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets functions
- Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Maintain continuity of financial operations while internal teams focus on implementation
- Assist with audit support and compliance requirements
- Support financial reporting and variance analysis
- Collaborate with implementation team as needed for knowledge transfer and process validation
- Identify process improvement opportunities during transition period
- Provide post-implementation stabilization support as needed
Requirements:
- 7+ years of finance/accounting consulting or senior accounting experience
- Experience supporting ERP implementations (Oracle Fusion preferred but not required)
- Background in Biotech, Pharmaceutical, or Healthcare organizations
- General Ledger
- Month-end close
- Financial reporting
- Revenue recognition (preferred in biotech/pharma environments)
- Experience supporting day-to-day accounting operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
