Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis
  • Advanced/Expert MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and facilitation skills, including the ability to make effective presentations
  • Experience in resource management and project management
  • Understanding of risk management and agile practices

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and business acumen

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Lead business management functions including management routines, financial management, and workforce planning
  • Coordinate between teams to ensure alignment with objectives and manage routines and requests
  • Support executives in managing expenses and governing initiative portfolios
  • Drive strategies to effectively manage spend and ensure proper staffing
  • Develop robust communication and engagement plans for executives and teams
  • Facilitate headcount planning and onboarding processes
