Key Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing costs, production variances, and COGS.
• Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, including P&L statements and performance dashboards.
• Conduct in-depth variance analysis, explaining key drivers of financial performance.
• Perform financial analysis for capital expenditure projects, including ROI and payback period.
• Collaborate with operational teams to identify cost efficiencies and process improvements.
• Monitor inventory valuation and obsolescence, ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Experience with cost accounting principles and their application in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for data extraction and reporting.
• Ability to analyze complex operational and financial data to identify trends and drive cost efficiencies.
• Strong data visualization skills using tools like Power BI or Tableau to present insights.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with manufacturing-specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O).
• Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and variance analysis in a manufacturing environment.
