Job Details:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Consulting Financial Analyst to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in financial planning, analysis, and decision-making processes, contributing to the growth and success of our organization. This role requires a deep understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and the ability to analyze complex financial data. You must be proficient in using advanced Excel functions, including Vlookup, and have experience in using PeopleSoft, ERP, Accounting ERP, AP, Payment Plus virtual pay program.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting.
  • Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision-making purposes.
  • Implement and manage ERP systems to streamline financial operations and reporting.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process and conduct regular budget reviews.
  • Ensure accurate ledger entries and reconciliations.
  • Work closely with the FP&A team to develop strategic financial plans.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve financial performance.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to enhance financial performance and business opportunities.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as a financial expert.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA or a professional certification such as CFA/CPA is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Proficient in PeopleSoft, ERP, Accounting ERP, AP, Payment Plus virtual pay program.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, including the use of Vlookup and other advanced functions.
  • Strong experience in ERP implementation and ledger management.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information in an understandable manner.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry's financial regulations and standards is a plus.
