Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed financial analysis and support monthly reporting processes
- Build and maintain complex Excel models, dashboards, and data-driven reports
- Analyze budgets, forecasts, and operational performance metrics
- Partner cross-functionally to interpret results and provide meaningful insights
- Support data validation, reconciliations, and continuous process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting
- Advanced Excel skills required (complex formulas, pivot tables, lookups; macros a plus)
- Strong understanding of financial statements and analytical reasoning
- Ability to communicate effectively with both finance and operational teams
