Our client is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their asset management team. This role offers hands-on exposure to financial modeling, portfolio performance evaluation, and compliance reporting across an expanding investment portfolio. This role will be onsite in Rutherford County, TN. You MUST be a resident of Tennessee.

What You’ll Do as a Financial Analyst:
- Review and analyze financial statements
- Contribute to monthly and quarterly reporting cycles, preparing variance analysis and performance trends
- Build and maintain pro forma models and three‑statement financial models to support covenant compliance and scenario planning
Requirements of the Financial Analyst:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- 2+ years of financial analysis experience, especially in reviewing financial statements
- Solid understanding of financial analysis, GAAP basics, and how the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement interact
