Responsibilities
- Perform financial analysis to support a portfolio of projects within a technology services environment
- Act as a liaison between project teams, capital asset accounting, business finance, and corporate accounting
- Support accrual-based accounting processes, including month-end close activities
- Pull and analyze actuals, track financial performance, and support “as-built” financial reporting
- Partner with project managers to monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial status of projects
- Collaborate with software and hardware teams to ensure alignment between financials and project execution
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures within a regulated industry
- Support ongoing financial reporting, reconciliation, and documentation processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related field
- Strong understanding of accrual-based accounting and month-end close processes
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Experience with SAP and SharePoint
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
