Location: Canonsburg, PA (Hybrid – In Office Tue–Thu, Remote Mon & Fri)
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Pay rate: $39/hr W2

TheFinancial Analystwill support the national Small Cell Utility Reconciliation Project by compiling, analyzing, and interpreting financial and utility expense data to drive accurate billing and performance insights. The role involves creating and maintaining analytical tools, automating reports, and delivering clear financial analysis to management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze utility and operational data to support expense recovery and reporting.

• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and automated reports.

• Perform variance and trend analysis; recommend actionable insights.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent financial reporting and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (preferred).

• 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

• Detail-oriented, accountable, and able to communicate financial insights effectively.
