Key Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing costs, variances, and COGS to identify cost reduction opportunities.
• Develop, manage, and monitor annual operating budgets and rolling financial forecasts.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, performance dashboards, and key metric analyses for management.
• Conduct thorough variance analysis of actual results against budget and prior periods, explaining deviations.
• Support capital expenditure planning and evaluate the financial viability and ROI of new projects.
• Monitor and analyze inventory valuation, turns, and potential obsolescence.
• Collaborate with operations and production teams to provide financial insights and drive efficiency improvements.
• Develop financial models for scenario planning, business cases, and strategic initiatives.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
• Proven experience with cost accounting principles and variance analysis in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for financial reporting and data extraction.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Ability to analyze operational data and provide actionable insights to improve manufacturing efficiency and profitability.
