Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis, modeling, and reporting to support decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Analyze market trends, competitor financials, and industry data to provide valuable insights.
• Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis reports.
• Evaluate investment opportunities and conduct due diligence on potential projects.
• Assist in developing sustainable business strategies that promote closed-loop systems and resource conservation.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities to effectively convey complex financial information.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.

Desired Experience:

• 4-7 years of experience in financial analysis, investment banking, or consulting.
• Experience working in sustainability, impact investing, or related fields is a plus.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality financial analysis and recommendations.

Salary & Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $36,000 per year
• Maximum Salary: $41,000 per year
