Financial Analyst

- Financial Analyst will partner with the CFO, FP&A team, and senior leadership to evaluate business performance against budget and long-term strategic goals
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to support data-driven decision-making
- Perform variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities impacting financial results
- Build and maintain financial models to assess business scenarios, investments, and cost-saving initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally to gather insights and support operational and strategic initiatives
- Track KPIs and develop dashboards and presentations to provide visibility into performance
- As a Financial Analyst, you will identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and efficiency
- Support short- and long-term financial planning, including forecasts and projections
- Oversee variable compensation programs, including calculation and administration of commissions, bonuses, and incentives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline required; CPA and/or MBA preferred
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or a similar finance function
- Prior experience within the insurance industry or professional services environment is a plus
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
