Responsibilities:

Health Connect America is dedicated to providing high-quality care for children and their families. We're looking for a Financial Analyst to join our dynamic data and analytics team. In this role, you'll be the crucial link between our clinical operations and our data, helping us use information to improve patient outcomes and streamline our services.

 

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the preparation of monthly financial reporting packages, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

  • Analyze financial performance, leveraging historical data to identify trends, variances, and anomalies.

  • Compare forecasted and actual results, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • Support the annual budgeting process across departments and projects.

  • Perform ad hoc financial analysis for leadership and assist in maintaining the company’s ERP system while ensuring strict confidentiality of financial information.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or business analytics, preferably within multi-site healthcare or service-based organization preferred. Entry-level candidates will also be considered.
  • Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, or financial reporting preferred.
  • Experience working with ERP or financial planning systems (e.g., Prophix) strongly preferred.
  • Strong Excel-based financial analysis and data interpretation skills required.
  • MBA, MS in Finance/Analytics, or relevant professional certifications (CFA, CPA, FP&A) are considered a plus.
