Responsibilities:
As our Financial Analyst, Your responsibilities will include:
1. Conducting detailed financial analysis and interpreting financial data to help drive business decisions.
2. Utilizing ERP, Oracle, Hyperion, and Tableau to create financial reports, models, and forecasts.
3. Analyzing and interpreting complex financial and operational data, and translating it into actionable information.
4. Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
5. Evaluating financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
6. Providing financial models and forecasting to support strategic initiatives.
7. Participating in cross-functional projects and assisting other finance teams as needed.
8. Identifying trends, advising the company on areas for improvement, and proposing new strategies for achieving company goals.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business
1–3+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or FP&A
Strong skills in Excel (must be comfortable with formulas, data, and modeling)
Experience with budgeting and forecasting
Ability to analyze data and explain what it means in simple terms
Experience building reports and tracking performance (KPIs)
