We are currently seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will provide proposal pricing support for new RFPs and task orders and will be responsible for tracking and maintaining contracts and contract modifications for federal, state, and commercial contracts. You will also research and evaluate market data and develop cost and pricing strategies, pricing proposals, and support documentation. You will be an integral part of the Business Intelligence team and will interact with department leaders on pricing strategies. This position is fully remote

This position is dependent on contract award.

Job Responsibilities

  • Contributes analysis for regular client quarterly business reviews.
  • Provides contractual Service Level Agreement (SLA) reporting.
  • Builds reports within the VMS and ATS according to requirements from the requestor.
  • Develops presentations of data trends that provide business insight.
  • Provides analysis to ensure the pricing of services stays competitive in the market.
  • Conducts market research and gathers competitive intelligence to make recommendations regarding pricing policies.
  • Reviews and analyzes RFPs to support and steer the pricing process.
  • Develops and prepares pricing proposals with appropriate supporting data and documentation.
  • Understand new and existing contracts to provide ongoing contract maintenance.
  • Tracks and updates operational benchmarks to ensure accurate future pricing.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or needed to meet the needs of the department/organization.
  • Administers company surveys and works with other departments to analyze survey results and trends.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field required
  • Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Flexible to sudden changes in priorities and work assignments
  • Strong research and computer skills including advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Strong initiative and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to identify problems and opportunities, gather relevant evidence and make effective decisions using sound judgment
  • Ability to independently handle multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication, ability to work and interact well with others, and ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships


Preferred Skills (not required):

  • Experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) such as Fieldglass, Beeline or PeopleFluent.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Bullhorn, Healthsource or Taleo
  • Experience with business intelligence software such as Power BI, Business Objects or equivalent

  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fully remote environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills using phone, email, and virtual collaboration tools.
  • Detailed-oriented and reliable, with a commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and quality standards.

Physical Requirements

  • Frequently required to operate a computer and file and retrieve written documents.
  • Physical demands may include but are not limited to standing, sitting, walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, handling, kneeling, crouching, and bending
