Location: Miami, Florida
Compensation: $100,000 – $450,000+

Agius & Partners LLC is partnering with top-tier banking institutions seeking experienced Financial Advisors / Wealth Advisors to join their Miami offices.

The role provides access to sophisticated investment platforms, global research capabilities, and the ability to build long-term advisory relationships with affluent clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and families
• Provide financial planning and investment advisory services tailored to individual client needs
• Construct diversified investment portfolios aligned with client risk tolerance and financial objectives
• Deliver guidance on retirement planning, estate planning, and tax-efficient investment strategies
• Identify and develop new client relationships through networking and referrals
• Maintain strong knowledge of financial markets and investment products
• Ensure regulatory compliance and suitability standards are met

Qualifications

• 5+ years of wealth management or financial advisory experience
• Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management
• FINRA licenses (Series 7 and 66 or equivalent) preferred
• Strong knowledge of investment products including equities, fixed income, ETFs, and alternatives
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
