Job Details
Financial Advisor (2 Openings)
Location: Westborough, MA (on-site / flexible – travel to client meetings when needed)
1. Financial Advisor (3–5 Years Experience)
- Compensation: $100K – $110K base + annual bonus
- Experience: 3–5 years in wealth management / financial planning
- CFP®: 1000Preferred; required within 6–12 months of hire

2. Financial Advisor (5–10 Years Experience)
- Compensation: $120K – $140K+ base + annual bonus
(flexible for the right candidate)
- Experience: 5–10 years in wealth management / financial planning
- CFP®: Preferred; required within 6–12 months of hire
Our client, a growing independent wealth management firm, is expanding their Westborough office and hiring two Financial Advisors at different experience levels. These roles are designed as succession-track opportunities, where advisors will partner closely with senior advisors and gradually transition into primary ownership of client relationships.

Role Overview
Both positions are focused on supporting and transitioning an existing client base from senior advisors/partners. Over time, you will become the lead advisor on these accounts, with business development becoming a larger part of the role as you grow.
This is an ideal opportunity for advisors who want:

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior advisors to support and manage existing client relationships
- Gradually transition into primary advisor responsibility for assigned accounts
- Deliver comprehensive financial planning across:
o Investments
o Retirement
o Estate
o Tax strategies
o Insurance planning
- Conduct client meetings, portfolio reviews, and ongoing relationship management
- Provide high-touch, personalized service aligned with client goals
- Collaborate internally to ensure seamless client experience

Business Development (Future Focus)
- Begin building relationships and contributing to growth over time
- Leverage referrals, centers of influence, and networking
- Increase business development responsibilities as client ownership grows

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Relevant experience in wealth management or financial planning (3–10 years depending on level)
- CFP® designation preferred; required within first year of employment
- Strong client relationship and communication skills
- Ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable advice
- Series 7 & 63 (or 65/66) required
- Clean U4 record
